As an Aviation Meteorological Authority, SAWS plays a crucial role in providing weather services to the aviation industry, marine sector, and various other clients, fulfilling government’s international obligations. Internship Details:

• Internship Fields: Research Department
• Qualifications: Applicants must have an appropriate Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Atmospheric Physics, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Energy Studies, or related disciplines.
• Reference: Research 2023
• Total Package: SAWS offers a monthly stipend of R6,500.00

Internship Conditions:

• Successful candidates are responsible for their accommodation and transport.
• Completion of the internship program does not guarantee employment by SAWS.

Requirements: Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Attach a transcript of the relevant tertiary qualification (Degree/Bachelor of Science) related to the specified fields.
• Be a graduate or have experienced unemployment after completing a tertiary qualification.
• Be within 18-35 years of age.
